We speak fluent insurance, so we can help you make sense of your vision benefit or medical insurance. We also participate in major medical plans for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, PHCS, Tricare, and United Health Care.
Out of Network (OON) Direct Reimbursement:
We can also help you file your Out-Of-Network benefits for many vision plans to save on average $100 on prescription glasses and contact lenses, and $40 on eye exams (this may vary by plan).
It’s super simple to apply for direct reimbursement.
There are 3 easy steps:
1) Fill out a claim form and attach a receipt–our staff can help you with this.
2) Submit your claim form & your Vision Source receipt. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
3) If you have an eligible out of network benefit, you’ll get money back–BAM!!!

FSA or HSA dollars–Use It Or Lose It!
We accept Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) many of which expire on December 31. Put FSA/HSA dollars to great use on Vision Source prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses, and eye exams.
Please contact your plan administrator for complete details about your FSA plan. Vision Source Orland Park will gladly accept your FSA credit card for your exam or eye wear purchase.
