Out-of-Network Direct Reimbursement
Even if our office is out-of-network with your vision plan, you may still have direct reimbursement benefits for eye exams, prescription glasses, or contact lenses.
Our staff can help provide the information and receipt you may need to submit a claim to your vision plan.
In many cases, submitting an out-of-network direct reimbursement claim is a simple process:
- Complete your vision plan’s claim form.
- Attach your Vision Source – Orland Park receipt.
- Submit the claim directly to your insurance plan.
- If your plan includes eligible out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you directly.

FSA or HSA dollars–Use It Or Lose It!
We accept many Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards for eligible eye care expenses.
FSA and HSA funds may often be used toward eye exams, prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Many FSA & HSA dollars expire on December 31, so we recommend checking your plan details and using any remaining eligible funds before your deadline.
Please contact your plan administrator for complete details about your FSA or HSA benefits.
